> App Store on fetcher.sh is an x402-paywalled web-data API: 9 GET endpoints (App Store), each payable per call in USDC on Base, Monad or Solana — or prepaid via a credit balance with a bby_live_ Bearer API key. Built for autonomous agents: no accounts, no OAuth, machine-readable 402 challenges.

- Payments: x402 "exact" scheme in USDC on eip155:8453, eip155:143, solana:5eykt4UsFv8P8NJdTREpY1vzqKqZKvdp — every 402 lists one accepts entry per network, Base first, each with its own asset and payTo; gas sponsored, no native token needed
- Credits: POST /api/credits/topup?amount=<usd> (min $1, x402-paid; the first top-up returns the API key exactly once, &rotate=1 mints a fresh one), then Authorization: Bearer bby_live_... per call; GET /api/credits/balance reads the balance; sending Authorization: Bearer with the top-up recharges that key's account from any wallet

- Chain caveats: the facilitator enforces a per-chain minimum payment, so a cheap endpoint can be refused on an expensive chain — retry on another network. On Solana, USDC needs an associated token account on both sides or the transfer fails with InvalidAccountData; receiving USDC once creates it.
- Credits are keyed by wallet address, so an EVM wallet and a Solana wallet are separate balances with separate keys
- No rate limits; no refunds on upstream failures (settlement precedes delivery)
